How to get the most out of your BMG-450
The BMG-450 is designed to feel like real hands to give you the sensation of a real massage.
Here are some guidelines on how to massage each section of your body:
NECK
The neck is a fragile area in which the massage cushion should always be used with care. The cushion should be placed just above the shoulders on the neck far from the bottom of the skull. The setting should always be on low intensity to avoid any discomfort to this area. Massage for no longer than 15 minutes.
SHOULDERS
The cushion can be used in a lying down position when massaging the top of the shoulders in order to work on any knots or tense muscles, with low intensity but changing the rotation to suit your needs.
BACK
The back is split up into many different sections however the three main sections are upper, middle and lower. After massaging the shoulders the cushion can be moved down to the upper back. You should maintain an upright sitting position when massaging the back area. Leave the cushion on for approximately 10 minutes on each section. Moving the cushion down slowly on the different sections of the back will target different areas giving different sensations.
THIGHS
The cushion should be placed underneath the thighs massaging the hamstring muscles this can be done in a sitting or lying down position. High intensity can be used changing the rotation to suit your needs.
CALVES
The cushion can then be moved down onto the calve muscles which can be used in a lying down position. It is recommended that low intensity be used fi rst as massaging the calve muscles can be quite intense.
FEET
Place the cushion onto the floor and whilst sitting down, lean forward and place your feet onto the cushion fi nding the rollers. It is noticeable that the more forward you lean into the cushion the deeper the massage.
